The present invention provides: an adsorbent which is for use in separation/purification of a target substance contained in a liquid to be treated and with which it is possible to adequately conduct the separation/purification; a separation/purification device including the adsorbent; and a separation/purification method. An adsorbent 1 comprises: adsorptive portions 10 made up of functional molecules that desorbably adsorb a target substance L; temperature-responsive portions 20 made up of temperature-responsive molecules that undergo phase changes with changing temperature; and a support 30 that supports the adsorptive portions 10 and the temperature-responsive portions 20. The temperature-responsive portions 20 have the function of desorbing the target substance L which has been adsorbed onto the adsorptive portions 10, in association with a phase change accompanying an increase in temperature. The adsorptive portions 10 have a molecular weight not higher than twice that of the temperature-responsive portions 20. The separation/purification device is equipped with a column packed with the adsorbent 1. The separation/purification method includes a desorption step in which the target substance L having been adsorbed onto the adsorbent 1 is desorbed by a phase change of the temperature-responsive portions 20 accompnaying an increase in temperature.

La présente invention concerne : un adsorbant qui est destiné à être utilisé dans la séparation/purification d'une substance cible contenue dans un liquide à traiter et avec lequel il est possible de conduire de manière adéquate la séparation/purification ; un dispositif de séparation/purification comprenant l'adsorbant ; et un procédé de séparation/purification. Un adsorbant 1 comprend : des parties d'adsorption constituées de molécules fonctionnelles qui adsorbent de façon désorbante une substance cible L ; des parties sensibles à la température 20 constituées de molécules réagissant à la température qui subissent des changements de phase avec un changement de température ; et un support 30 qui supporte les parties d'adsorption 10 et les parties sensibles à la température 20. Les parties sensibles à la température 20 ont la fonction de désorber la substance cible L qui a été adsorbée sur les parties d'adsorption 10, en association avec un changement de phase accompagnant une augmentation de température. Les parties d'adsorption 10 ont un poids moléculaire qui n'est pas supérieur à deux fois celui des parties sensibles à la température 20. Le dispositif de séparation/purification est équipé d'une colonne remplie de l'adsorbant 1. Le procédé de séparation/purification comprend une étape de désorption dans laquelle la substance cible L ayant été adsorbée sur l'adsorbant 1 est désorbée par un changement de phase des parties sensibles à la température 20 accompagnant une augmentation de température.

 本発明は、被処理液に含まれている標的物質の分離精製処理に用いられる吸着材であって、分離精製処理を適切に行うことのできる吸着材、それを用いた分離精製装置及び分離精製方法を提供するものである。吸着材1は、標的物質Lを脱着自在に吸着する機能性分子からなる吸着部位10と、温度変化によって相変化する温度応答性分子からなる温度応答部位20と、吸着部位10及び温度応答部位20を支持する担体30とを備え、温度応答部位20は、吸着部位10に吸着している標的物質Lを昇温に伴う相変化によって脱離させる作用を有し、吸着部位10の分子量は、温度応答部位20の分子量の2倍以下である。また、分離精製装置は、吸着材1が充填されたカラムを備え、分離精製方法は、温度応答部位20の温度上昇に伴う相変化によって、吸着材1に吸着させていた標的物質Lを脱離させる脱離工程を含む。
