The solid-state laser device of the present disclosure may be provided with: a first oscillator for emitting laser light; a laser-light generation unit for emitting pulse laser light generated on the basis of seed light; and a plurality of stages of fiber amplifiers arranged in series along the light path of the pulse laser light, the fiber amplifiers including a final-stage fiber amplifier that contains erbium- and ytterbium-doped silica fiber. The value obtained by dividing the cross-sectional area of the silica fiber by the fiber length may be 0.7-1.64 nm.

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif laser à semiconducteur qui peut être pourvu : d'un premier oscillateur pour émettre de la lumière laser; d'une unité de génération de lumière laser pour émettre de la lumière laser pulsée générée sur la base de lumière source; et d'une pluralité d'étages d'amplificateurs à fibre disposés en série le long du trajet lumineux de la lumière laser pulsée, les amplificateurs à fibre comprenant un amplificateur à fibre d'étage final qui contient une fibre en silice dopée à l'erbium et à l'ytterbium. La valeur obtenue en divisant l'aire de section transversale de la fibre en silice par la longueur de la fibre peut aller de 0,7 à 1,64 nm.

 本開示における固体レーザ装置は、シード光を出射する第1の発振器と、シード光に基づいて生成されたパルスレーザ光を出射するレーザ光生成部と、パルスレーザ光の光路上に直列配置され、エルビウムおよびイッテルビウムがドープされたシリカファイバを含む最終段のファイバ増幅器を含む複数段のファイバ増幅器とを備えてもよい。シリカファイバの断面積をファイバ長で除算した値は、0.7nm以上1.64nm以下であってもよい。
