An additive manufacturing device comprises: a vacuum forming chamber (1), a worktable device, a powder supply device, at least one electron beam (EB) emission focusing and scanning device (6), at least one laser beam emission focusing and scanning device (7), and a controller. A forming region of the worktable device is at least provided within the vacuum forming chamber (1). The powder supply device is configured to supply powders to the forming region. Scanning ranges of the EB emission focusing and scanning device (6) and the laser beam emission focusing and scanning device (7) are configured to cover at least a part of the forming region. The controller is configured to control the EB emission focusing and scanning device (6) and the laser beam emission focusing and scanning device (7) so as to perform a powder scanning and forming composite treatment on the forming region. The additive manufacturing device can apply additive manufacturing to create three-dimensional parts having a good-performance, high-efficiency, and high-precision, and highly adaptive to different materials.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication additive comprenant : une chambre de formation sous vide (1), un dispositif table de travail, un dispositif d'apport de poudre, au moins un dispositif (6) de focalisation et de balayage de faisceau d'électrons (EB) émis, au moins un dispositif (7) de focalisation et de balayage de faisceau laser émis et un dispositif de commande. Une zone de formation du dispositif table de travail est au moins disposée à l'intérieur de la chambre de formation sous vide (1). Le dispositif d'apport de poudre est conçu pour apporter des poudres à la zone de formation. Les plages de balayage du dispositif (6) de focalisation et de balayage d'EB émis et du dispositif (7) de focalisation et de balayage de faisceau laser émis sont conçues pour couvrir au moins une partie de la zone de formation. Le dispositif de commande est conçu pour commander le dispositif (6) de focalisation et de balayage d'EB émis et le dispositif (7) de focalisation et de balayage de faisceau laser émis de manière à effectuer un traitement composite de balayage de poudre et de formation sur la zone de formation. Le dispositif de fabrication additive peut appliquer la fabrication additive pour créer des pièces tridimensionnelles ayant une bonne performance, une efficacité élevée et une précision élevée et est hautement adaptable à différents matériaux.
