Disclosed is a still water circulation, power generation, and drought and waterlogging relief device. A pit (4) is dug near water (1), a water turbine (6) and a generator (7) are placed at the pit bottom (3), the water (1) in a higher place is released in a planed way into the pit (4) via a water pipe (5) to impact the water turbine (6) in order to make it operate, a blade (11) and a chain (12) are meshed with a gear (9) on a pit upper end (2) and a gear (10) at the pit bottom (3), the gear (9) on the pit upper end (2) is driven by an electric motor (13) to drive the blade (11) to rotate such that the blade (11) inside a water outlet pipe (8) carries the water (1) to move upward in a circulation manner, and the water (1) is divided into circulation water, drought-relief water, and waterlogging-relief water to be discharged as required, thereby driving the generator (7) to continuously generate power. The drought and waterlogging relief device is able to meet the power generation demand of customers and is also capable of adjusting and meeting the local water consumption.

La présente invention concerne la circulation d'eau stagnante, la production d'énergie, et un dispositif de secours en cas de sécheresse et d'engorgement par l'eau. Le dispositif de secours en cas de sécheresse et d'engorgement permet de répondre à la demande de production d'électricité des clients et permet également d'ajuster et de satisfaire la consommation d'eau locale.
