A hybrid conduit assembly is disclosed. In one aspect, the hybrid includes an outer jacket with a first side portion housing a first conductor, a second side portion housing a second conductor, and a hollow central conduit portion. The hybrid conduit assembly further includes a first connector assembly defining a central passageway and including first and second electrical connectors that are respectively connected to the first and second conductors. The connector assembly is configured such that it can be connected with other similarly configured connector assemblies such that a hybrid conduit system can be built that has a continuous passageway for the later installation of an optical fiber cable and that has that has interconnected conductors to deliver power from a power source located proximate a first end of the conduit system to an end use device proximate another end of the conduit system.

L'invention se rapporte à un ensemble conduit hybride. Selon un aspect de l'invention, l'hybride comprend une enveloppe extérieure dotée d'une première partie latérale logeant un premier conducteur, d'une seconde partie latérale logeant un second conducteur, et d'une partie conduit central creux. L'ensemble de conduit hybride comprend en outre un premier ensemble raccord délimitant un passage central et comprenant des premier et second raccords électriques qui sont respectivement connectés aux premier et second conducteurs. L'ensemble raccord est conçu de telle sorte qu'il peut être relié à d'autres ensembles raccords de configuration similaire de telle sorte qu'un système de conduit hybride peut être construit, ayant un passage continu pour l'installation ultérieure d'un câble à fibre optique et comportant des conducteurs interconnectés pour distribuer l'énergie depuis une source d'alimentation située à proximité d'une première extrémité du système de conduit jusqu'à un dispositif d'utilisation finale à proximité de l'autre extrémité du système de conduit.
