This pressing device is provided with: an actuator; a pressing unit that is provided to a movable element of the actuator; a moving quantity detection means, which detects the moving quantity of the movable element, and outputs moving quantity information indicating the moving quantity; and a drive device, which moves the pressing unit by supplying a drive current to the actuator on the basis of the moving quantity information, and presses the pressing unit to a subject to be pressed. The drive device controls the operations of the pressing unit using a position control based on the moving quantity information and current information indicating the drive current. When the speed of the pressing unit is reduced to a predetermined lower limit speed, the drive device controls the speed of the pressing unit to be constant on the basis of the current information, and determines that the pressing operations are performed when the current reaches a predetermined current value.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de pressage comportant : un actionneur ; une unité de pressage qui est fournie à un élément mobile de l'actionneur ; un moyen de détection de quantité de déplacement, qui détecte la quantité de déplacement de l'élément mobile, et émet des informations de quantité de déplacement indiquant la quantité de déplacement ; et un dispositif d'entraînement, qui déplace l'unité de pressage en fournissant un courant d'entraînement à l'actionneur sur la base des informations de quantité de déplacement, et presse l'unité de pressage en direction d'un sujet devant être pressé. Le dispositif d'entraînement commande les opérations de l'unité de pressage à l'aide d'une commande de position sur la base des informations de quantité de déplacement et des informations de courant indiquant le courant d'entraînement. Lorsque la vitesse de l'unité de pressage est réduite à une vitesse limite inférieure prédéfinie, le dispositif d'entraînement commande la vitesse de l'unité de pressage afin qu'elle soit constante sur la base des informations de courant, et détermine que les opérations de pressage sont effectuées lorsque le courant atteint une valeur de courant prédéfinie.

 この押付装置は、アクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータの可動子に設けられた押付部と、前記可動子の移動量を検出し、前記移動量を示す移動量情報を出力する移動量検出手段と、前記移動量情報に基づいて前記アクチュエータに駆動電流を供給することにより前記押付部を移動させて被押付物に押し付ける駆動装置とを備える。前記駆動装置は、駆動電流を示す電流情報及び移動量情報に基づく位置制御処理を用いて、押付部の動作を制御する。前記駆動装置は、押付部の速度が所定の下限速度まで減速すると、電流情報に基づいて押付部の速度を一定に制御し、所定の電流値に到達したら、押付動作を行ったと判断する。
