Provided are a residual stress estimation method and a residual stress estimation device, whereby the number of collected cut-off pieces for measuring inherent strain can be suppressed without reducing the accuracy of residual stress estimation. When inherent strain is assumed to be uniformly distributed in one direction in a structure, the user measures residual stress from cut-off pieces collected within an area in which inherent strain is uniformly distributed and enters the measurement value into the residual stress estimation device. The residual stress estimation device uses the given measurement value for residual stress, estimates a two-dimensional distribution for inherent strain in an analysis surface orthogonal to the one direction in the structure, transfers the estimated two-dimensional distribution for inherent strain to the one direction, and estimates a three-dimensional distribution for inherent strain in the structure.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'estimation de contrainte résiduelle, dans lesquels le nombre de pièces découpées collectées pour mesurer une contrainte inhérente peut être supprimé sans réduire la précision d'estimation de contrainte résiduelle. Lorsque la contrainte inhérente est supposée être uniformément distribuée dans une direction dans une structure, l'utilisateur mesure une contrainte résiduelle à partir de pièces découpées collectées à l'intérieur d'une zone dans laquelle la contrainte inhérente est distribuée uniformément, et entre la valeur de mesure dans le dispositif d'estimation de contrainte résiduelle. Le dispositif d'estimation de contrainte résiduelle utilise la valeur de mesure donnée pour la contrainte résiduelle, estime une distribution bidimensionnelle pour une contrainte inhérente dans une surface d'analyse orthogonale à la direction dans la structure, transfère la distribution bidimensionnelle estimée pour la contrainte inhérente à la direction, et estime une distribution tridimensionnelle pour une contrainte inhérente dans la structure.

 残留応力の推定精度を低下させることなく、固有ひずみを計測するための切断片の採取数を抑制することが可能な残留応力推定方法及び残留応力推定装置を提供する。 構造物に固有ひずみが一方向に一様に分布することが想定される場合に、前記固有ひずみが一様に分布する領域内で採取された切断片から、ユーザが残留応力を計測し、計測値を残留応力推定装置に入力する。残留応力推定装置は、与えられた残留応力の計測値を用いて、構造物における一方向に直交する解析面における固有ひずみの2次元分布を推定し、推定された固有ひずみの2次元分布を前記一方向に転写して、構造物における固有ひずみの3次元分布を推定する。
