In order to provide an input device in which erroneous input is minimized while ease of use is improved, and an information processing device equipped with the same, the input device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a keyboard module and a control circuit. The keyboard module has a plurality of key areas and a plurality of sensor elements capable of detecting the pressure of the key-pressing operations in each of the plurality of key areas. The control circuit is configured on the basis of pressure information on each of mutually adjacent key areas simultaneously detected by the plurality of sensor elements due to the key-pressing operation, so that input sensitivity for the key-pressing operation is differentiated between the adjacent key areas.

L'invention vise à fournir un dispositif d'entrée dans laquelle une entrée erronée est réduite au minimum tandis que la facilité d'utilisation est améliorée, et un dispositif de traitement d'informations équipé de ce dernier, le dispositif d'entrée selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est pourvu d'un module de clavier et d'un circuit de commande. Le module de clavier comporte une pluralité de zones de touche et une pluralité d'éléments de capteur susceptibles de détecter la pression de fonctionnement de pression de touche dans chacune de la pluralité de zones de touche. Le circuit de commande est configuré sur la base d'informations de pression de zones de touche adjacentes l'une à l'autre simultanément détectées par la pluralité d'éléments de capteur grâce au fonctionnement de pression de touche, de sorte que la sensibilité d'entrée pour le fonctionnement de pression de touche est différenciée entre les zones de touches adjacentes.

誤入力が抑えられ、操作性の向上を図ることができる入力装置およびこれを備えた情報処理装置を提供するため、本技術の一形態に係る入力装置は、キーボードモジュールと、制御回路とを具備する。上記キーボードモジュールは、複数のキー領域と、上記複数のキー領域毎の打鍵操作の圧力を検出可能な複数のセンサ素子とを有する。上記制御回路は、上記打鍵操作によって上記複数のセンサ素子で同時に検出された、相互に隣接するキー領域各々の圧力の情報を基に、上記隣接するキー領域間で上記打鍵操作に対する入力感度を異ならせるように構成される。
