Abstract

The invention concerns a method for flushing of debris from a valve assembly arranged in a fluid line. The valve assembly comprises at least two flow regulating units arranged in series between an inlet and an outlet of the valve assembly. The inlet pressure is larger than the outlet pressure, and each flow regulating unit has a spring element and an opening is provided for each flow regulating unit which initially is set as a minimum opening allowing fluid to pass from one side of the each of the flow regulation unit to the other side of the flow regulation unit. The spring element regulates the opening in response to the pressure difference over the flow regulating unit. The method comprises the following steps in the case when at least one of the openings clogs: -equalizing the pressure over the other flow regulating unit(s) downstream and upstream to the clogged opening thereby -providing a pressure difference across the flow regulating unit where clogging occurs, which pressure difference exceeds the spring force and increases the opening for this flow regulating unit for flushing the debris. The invention also concerns a valve assembly, a use of the valve assembly and a fluid injection valve assembly.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'évacuation de débris par rinçage depuis un ensemble vanne disposé dans une ligne à fluide. L'ensemble vanne comprend au moins deux unités de régulation du débit disposées en série entre une entrée et une sortie de l'ensemble vanne. La pression d'entrée est supérieure à la pression de sortie, et chaque unité de régulation du débit comporte un élément ressort ainsi qu'une ouverture qui est initialement réglée comme une ouverture minimale permettant au fluide de passer depuis un côté de chaque unité de régulation du débit à l'autre côté de l'unité de régulation du débit. L'élément ressort régule l'ouverture en réponse à la différence de pression de part et d'autre de l'unité de régulation du débit. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes, dans le cas où au moins l'une des ouvertures se bouche : égalisation de la pression sur la ou les autre(s) unité(s) de régulation du débit en aval et en amont de l'ouverture bouchée, produisant ainsi une différence de pression de part et d'autre de l'unité de régulation du débit dans laquelle l'obstruction se produit, différence de pression qui dépasse la force du ressort et agrandit l'ouverture de cette unité de régulation du débit afin d'évacuer les débris par rinçage. L'invention concerne également un ensemble vanne, une utilisation de l'ensemble vanne et un ensemble vanne d'injection de fluide.
