The present invention provides an information communication technology-based unmanned alert system for autonomously determining whether an intruder is present, notifying a user of invasion information, using a 4G LTE network, and forcing the intruder out. The present invention comprises: an unmanned monitoring device (20) comprising an information collection unit for collecting surrounding situation information, a wireless communication unit for a monitoring device, which wirelessly transmits or receives information, using an LTE communication scheme, and a first control unit for transmitting or receiving information collected by the information collection unit through the wireless communication unit for a monitoring device; and a mobile terminal (50) comprising a wireless communication unit for a terminal, which wirelessly transmits or receives information to or from the wireless communication unit for a monitoring device, and a second control unit for displaying, on a display unit, surrounding situation information received by a wireless transmission unit for a terminal. Therefore, the unmanned monitoring device (20) transmits or receives intruder information to or from the mobile terminal (50) through an image and a text, so that a watcher can understand the intruder information.

La présente invention concerne un système d'alerte sans personnel basé sur une technologie de communication d'informations permettant de déterminer de manière autonome la présence éventuelle d'un intrus, de notifier à un utilisateur des informations d'invasion, au moyen d'un réseau LTE 4G, et de forcer l'intrus à sortir. La présente invention comprend : un dispositif de surveillance sans personnel (20) comprenant une unité de collecte d'informations servant à collecter des informations de situation environnante, une unité de communication sans fil d'un dispositif de surveillance, qui émet, ou reçoit, des informations de manière sans fil, au moyen d'un système de communication LTE, et une première unité de commande servant à émettre ou recevoir des informations collectées par l'unité de collecte d'informations par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de communication sans fil d'un dispositif de surveillance ; et un terminal mobile (50) comprenant une unité de communication sans fil d'un terminal, qui émet des informations de manière sans fil à destination de l'unité de communication sans fil d'un dispositif de surveillance ou en reçoit de cette dernière, et une seconde unité de commande servant à afficher, sur une unité d'affichage, des informations de situation environnante reçues par une unité d'émission sans fil d'un terminal. Par conséquent, le dispositif de surveillance sans personnel (20) émet des informations d'intrus à destination du terminal mobile (50), ou en reçoit de ce dernier, par l'intermédiaire d'une image et d'un texte, de sorte qu'un observateur puisse comprendre les informations d'intrus.

본 발명은 자체적으로 침입자인지를 판단하고 4G LTE망을 이용하여 사용자에게 침입 정보를 통보하고, 퇴치하는 정보통신기술 기반 무인 경계 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 주변 상황 정보를 수집하는 정보 수집부와, LTE 통신 방식을 이용하여 무선으로 정보를 송수신하는 감시기용 무선 통신부와, 상기 정보 수집부에서 수집된 정보를 상기 감시기용 무선 통신부를 통해 송수신하는 제1제어부로 이루어진 무인 감시기(20); 및 상기 감시기용 무선 통신부와 무선으로 정보를 송수신하는 단말기용 무선 통신부와, 상기 단말기용 무선 송신부로 수신된 주변 상황 정보를 디스플레이부에 표시하는 제2제어부로 이루어진 이동 단말기(50)로 구성됨으로써, 무인 감시기(20)에서 영상과 문자로 침입자 정보를 이동 단말기(50)로 송수신하여 감시자가 파악할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
