The present invention is: a transfer body for an optical film, including a substrate film and an optically anisotropic layer formed on the substrate film and obtained by curing a composition including a photopolymerizable liquid crystal compound, the ratio of the photopolymerizable liquid crystal compound in the optically anisotropic layer being 25 wt% or less; an optical film provided with an adherend, an adhesion layer, and an optically anisotropic layer in this order, wherein the adhesion layer is obtained by curing a photocurable adhesive, the optically anisotropic layer is obtained by curing a composition including a photopolymerizable liquid crystal compound, and the ratio of the photopolymerizable liquid crystal compound in the optically anisotropic layer is 25 wt% or less; a method for manufacturing the optical film; and an organic electroluminescence display device.
