A water-absorbing-resin production device for producing a water-absorbing resin by polymerizing a water-soluble ethylenic monomer, wherein a water-absorbing-resin powder R3 obtained by drying a water-absorbing resin composition with a dryer 3 is passed through a first powder passage pipeline 12, is discharged therefrom toward a classifier 6 while the flow rate is being regulated to a predetermined value by a powder flow rate regulation/discharge member 4 configured of a hopper 4a and a rotary valve 4b, and is classified by the classifier 6. In the water-absorbing-resin production device (1), a collector 5 for collecting powder masses R4 each composed of aggregated particles of the water-absorbing-resin powder R3 has been disposed inside the first powder passage pipeline 12. Due to this, a water-absorbing resin in the form of a particulate powder from which powder masses have been removed can be produced at a high production efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production de résine absorbant l'eau pour produire une résine absorbant l'eau par polymérisation d'un monomère éthylénique soluble dans l'eau, selon lequel une poudre de résine absorbant l'eau R3 obtenue par séchage d'une composition de résine absorbant l'eau avec un séchoir 3 passe à travers une première conduite de passage de poudre 12, est déchargée à partir de celle-ci vers un classificateur 6 tandis que le débit est régulé à une valeur prédéterminée par un élément de régulation/décharge de débit de poudre 4 constitué d'une trémie 4a et d'une soupape rotative 4b, et est classée par le classificateur 6, Dans le dispositif de production de résine absorbant l'eau (1), un collecteur 5 permettant de rassembler des masses de poudre R4 composées chacune de particules agglomérées de la poudre de résine absorbant l'eau R3 a été disposé à l'intérieur de la première conduite de passage de poudre 12. De ce fait, une résine absorbant l'eau sous la forme d'une poudre particulaire à partir de laquelle des masses de poudre ont été éliminées peut être produite à un rendement de production élevé.

水溶性エチレン性不飽和単量体を重合させて吸水性樹脂を製造するための吸水性樹脂製造装置において、乾燥機3による吸水性樹脂組成物の乾燥により得られた吸水性樹脂の粉体R3は、第1粉体流路配管12を流過し、ホッパ4aおよびロータリーバルブ4bから成る粉体流量調整排出部材4によって予め定める流量となるように調整されながら分級器6に向けて排出され、分級器6で分級される。また、吸水性樹脂製造装置1において、第1粉体流路配管12内には、吸水性樹脂の粉体R3が凝集した粉体塊状物R4を捕集する捕集体5が設けられている。これにより、粒子状の粉体としての吸水性樹脂を、粉体塊状物が除去された状態で、高い生産効率で製造することができる。
