In order to improve cushioning while maintaining stability when landing and to improve a sense of riding during running without imparting discomfort to the foot sole, a midsole structure 1 for a shoe is provided in the heel area of the shoe and is configured from two midsoles having different hardnesses. The thickness of an upper midsole 2 having a greater hardness is greater than the thickness of a lower midsole 3 having a less hardness in both side parts in the heel area, and the thickness of the lower midsole 3 having a less hardness is greater than the thickness of the upper midsole 2 having greater hardness in the middle part in the heel area. Boundary surfaces 2B and 3A between the upper midsole 2 and the lower midsole 3 are configured so as not to appear on the uppermost surface (that is, sole contact surface 2A of the upper midsole 2) of the midsole structure 1.

Afin d'améliorer l'amortissement tout en maintenant la stabilité lorsque l'on touche le sol et d'améliorer une sensation de marche lors de la course sans procurer d'inconfort à la plante du pied, la présente invention concerne une structure 1 de semelle intermédiaire pour une chaussure qui est disposée dans la zone du talon de la chaussure et qui est conçue à partir de deux semelles intermédiaires présentant des duretés différentes. L'épaisseur d'une semelle intermédiaire 2 supérieure présentant une plus grande dureté est supérieure à l'épaisseur d'une semelle intermédiaire 3 inférieure présentant une dureté moindre dans les deux parties latérales dans la zone du talon, et l'épaisseur de la semelle intermédiaire 3 inférieure présentant une dureté moindre est supérieure à l'épaisseur de la semelle intermédiaire 2 supérieure présentant une plus grande dureté dans la partie médiane dans la zone du talon. Les surfaces, 2B et 3A, de bordure entre la semelle intermédiaire 2 supérieure et la semelle intermédiaire 3 inférieure sont conçues de manière à ne pas apparaître sur la surface supérieure (c'est-à-dire, la surface 2A de contact de semelle de la semelle intermédiaire 2 supérieure) de la structure 1 de la semelle intermédiaire.
