Provided are: a composition for forming a protective film for a touch panel electrode, said composition making it possible to obtain a protective film that has a small static friction coefficient, excellent bending resistance, and excellent adhesion with a touch panel electrode; a transfer film; a protective film for a touch panel electrode produced using a method for forming a protective film for a touch panel electrode; a capacitive input device; and an image display device provided with the capacitive input device as a constituent element thereof. The composition for forming a protective film for a touch panel contains the compound represented by formula 1, a binder polymer, a photopolymerization initiator, and a monomer comprising a carboxyl group. The content of the compound represented by formula 1 is 5 mass% or more but less than 50 mass% with respect to the total mass of the monomer component. In formula 1, Q1 and Q2 each represent a (meth)acryloyloxy group and R1 represents a divalent linking group having a straight chain structure. Formula 1: Q2-R1-Q1.

L'invention concerne : une composition pour la formation d'un film protecteur pour une électrode d'écran tactile, ladite composition permettant d'obtenir un film protecteur qui a un petit coefficient de frottement statique, une excellente résistance à la flexion, et une excellente adhérence avec une électrode d'écran tactile ; un film de transfert ; un film protecteur pour une électrode d'écran tactile produite en mettant en œuvre un procédé de formation d'un film protecteur pour une électrode d'écran tactile ; un dispositif d'entrée capacitif ; et un dispositif d'affichage d'image comportant le dispositif d'entrée capacitif en tant qu'élément constitutif de ce dernier. La composition pour la formation d'un film protecteur pour un d'écran tactile contient le composé représenté par la formule 1, un polymère liant, un initiateur de photopolymérisation et un monomère comprenant un groupe carboxyle. La teneur du composé représenté par la formule 1 est de 5 % en masse ou plus mais inférieure à 50 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale du constituant monomère. Dans la formule 1, Q1 et Q2 représentent chacun un groupe (méth)acryloyloxy et R1 représente un groupe de liaison divalent ayant une structure à chaîne linéaire. Formule 1 : Q2-R1-Q1.
