This optical receiving device that receives optical signals includes: a plurality of avalanche photodiodes wherein receiving sensitivity is set by means of given bias signals; a plurality of level conversion units, which are provided corresponding to the avalanche photodiodes, generate bias signals by converting the level of a reference voltage for obtaining the bias signals, and transmit the signals to the corresponding avalanche photodiodes; and a control unit, which generates a first control signal corresponding to the temperature of the optical receiving device, and controls the level conversion quantities of the level conversion units by means of the first control signal.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de réception optique qui reçoit des signaux optiques, comprenant : une pluralité de photodiodes à avalanche, la sensibilité de réception étant définie au moyen de signaux de polarisation donnés; une pluralité d'unités de conversion de niveau, qui sont prévus de façon correspondante aux photodiodes à avalanche, qu produisent des signaux de polarisation en convertissant le niveau d'une tension de référence pour obtenir les signaux de polarisation et transmettent les signaux aux photodiodes à avalanche correspondantes; et une unité de commande, qui produit un premier signal de commande correspondant à la température du dispositif de réception optique et commande les quantités de conversion de niveau des unités de conversion de niveau au moyen du premier signal de commande.

 光信号を受信する光受信装置は、与えられたバイアス信号によって受信感度が設定される複数のアバランシェフォトダイオードと、複数のアバランシェフォトダイオードに対応して設けられて、バイアス信号を得るための基準電圧のレベルを変換してバイアス信号を生成し、対応するアバランシェフォトダイオードへ与える複数のレベル変換部と、光受信装置の温度に対応した第1の制御信号を生成し、第1の制御信号によって複数のレベル変換部のレベル変換量を制御する制御部と、を含む。
