When combining digital data sets in the time domain into a combined digital data set a sub set of samples of each digital data set is adjusted to enable unraveling the data when decoding. To enable correction during decoding of an error introduced by the adjustment, an error approximation is stored for each adjusted sample. A set of error approximations is created which is indexed allowing substantial reduction in size of the error approximations to be stored for the adjusted samples. Instead of creating a set of error approximations for each combined digital data set one set of error approximations is created based on the errors introduced when creating multiple combined digital data sets.

Lors de la combinaison d'ensembles de données numériques du domaine temporel pour obtenir un ensemble de données numériques combiné, un sous-ensemble d'échantillons de chaque ensemble de données numériques est ajusté pour pouvoir dévoiler les données lors du décodage. Afin de pouvoir corriger, lors du décodage, une erreur introduite par l'ajustement, une approximation d'erreur est stockée pour chaque échantillon ajusté. Un ensemble d'approximations d'erreurs est créé et indexé pour permettre une réduction sensible de la taille des approximations d'erreurs qui doivent être stockées pour les échantillons ajustés. Au lieu de créer un ensemble d'approximations d'erreurs pour chaque ensemble de données numériques combiné, un ensemble d'approximations d'erreurs est créé d'après les erreurs introduites lors de la création de multiples ensembles de données numériques combinés.
