Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stanz-Verbindungselement (10, 36, 50, 70, 104), das einen Kopf (12) und einen Schaft (13) aufweist, wobei der Schaft (13) einen ersten Schaftabschnitt (14) aufweist und im weiteren Verlauf zu seinem dem Kopf abgewandten Ende hin sich zu einem zweiten Schaftabschnitt (16) aufweitet, welcher eine Verdickung (18, 52) hat, und der Schaft (13) sich bis zu seinem dem Kopf (12) abgewandten Ende des Schafts (13) wieder verjüngt, wobei an der dem Kopf (12) abgewandten Seite des zweiten Schaftabschnitts (16) ein Stanzabschnitt zum Stanzen eines Loches in ein Blech liegt, der einen Querschnitt hat, bei welchem wenigstens zwei äußere Punkte auf einem Außenkreis mit einem Stanzdurchmesser (Dstanz) liegen, wobei die Verdickung (18, 52) relativ zum Stanzbereich (22, 42) so gestaltet ist, dass der Maximaldurchmesser (Dmax) um höchstens 25%, insbesondere höchstens 20%, größer als der Stanzdurchmesser (Dstanz) ist.

Une partie de perforation est située du côté de la seconde partie (16), qui est opposé à la tête (12), pour perforer un trou dans une tôle qui présente une section transversale dans laquelle au moins deux points extérieurs se trouvent sur un cercle extérieur ayant un diamètre de perforation (Dstanz).
