Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung faserverstärkter Bauteile oder Halbzeuge, wobei Fasern (11) mit Monomer getränkt werden, wobei Fasern enthaltende Flakes und/oder Einzelfasern zugegeben werden. Hierzu werden die Fasern, das Monomer und die Fasern enthaltenden Flakes und/oder Einzelfasern einer Spritzgussmaschine zugegeben und in ein Spritzgusswerkzeug gepresst, wobei das Monomer im Spritzgusswerkzeug auspolymerisiert. Alternativ wird eine Faserstruktur auf einem Transportband mit einer Monomer, gegebenenfalls Aktivator und gegebenenfalls Katalysator enthaltenden Lösung getränkt, in einem nächsten Schritt werden Fasern enthaltende Flakes und/oder Einzelfasern auf der getränkten Faserstruktur verteilt, die Faserstruktur wird durch ein Walzenpaar geführt, in dem Druck auf die Faserstruktur ausgeübt wird und abschließend wird die getränkte Faserstruktur abgekühlt, so dass das Monomer erstarrt.

The invention relates to a method for producing fiber-reinforced components or semi-finished products, wherein fibers (11) are impregnated with monomer, wherein flakes containing fibers and/or individual fibers are added. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer des composants ou des produits semi-finis renforcés par des fibres, des fibres (11) étant imprégnées de monomère, des paillettes contenant des fibres et/ou des fibres individuelles étant ajoutées. À cet effet, les fibres, le monomère et les paillettes contenant des fibres et/ou les fibres individuelles sont placées dans une machine de moulage par injection et pressées dans un outil de moulage par injection et le monomère est polymérise dans l'outil de moulage par injection. De manière alternative, une structure de fibres est imprégnée sur une bande de transport avec une solution contenant un monomère, le cas échéant un activateur et le cas échéant un catalyseur, dans une étape suivante les paillettes contenant des fibres et/ou les fibres individuelles sont réparties sur la structure de fibres imprégnée, la structure de fibres est transportée par une paire de rouleaux, une pression est exercée sur la structure de fibres et enfin, la structure de fibres imprégnée est refroidie pour que le monomère se solidifie.
