Die Erfindung betrifft eine ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100), mit einem gepulsten Laser, einem Positioniersystem (300) und einem Steuersystem (400) zur Erzeugung von Schnitten in einem Gewebe eines Auges (600), insbesondere zur Erzeugung cornealer Zugangsschnitte (1), sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, ein ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100) und ein Verfahren bereitzustellen, mit dem corneale Zugangsschnitte (1) mit erhöhter Dichtigkeit bei äußeren Einwirkungen und Druckfestigkeit sowie komplexe Schnittgeometrien realisiert werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100) mit eine Steuersystem (400), das programmiert ist, zur Erzeugung eines cornealen Zugangsschnittes (1) in einem Hornhautgewebe (6) eines Auges (600) durch Photodisruption die Arbeitsparameter des Lasersystems (200) und/oder des Positioniersystems (300) in Abhängigkeit von einer örtlichen Lage des Fokusvolumens des Laserstrahls im Hornhautgewebe (6) so zu verändern, dass der Zugangsschnitt (1) im Hornhautgewebe (6) in seiner Breite variiert und/oder unterbrochen ist, des Weiteren durch ein entsprechendes Computerprogrammprodukt und ein Verfahren zur Durchführung eines cornealen Zugangsschnittes (1) in einem Hornhautgewebe (6) eines Auges (600).

The invention relates to an ophthalmological laser therapy device (100) having a pulsed laser, a positioning system (300), and a control system (400) for producing incisions in a tissue of an eye (600), in particular for producing corneal access incisions (1). The invention further relates to a corresponding method. The problem addressed by the invention is that of providing an ophthalmological laser therapy device (100) and a method by means of which corneal access incisions (1) having increased leak-tightness under external influences, compressive strength, and complex incision geometries can be realized. This problem is solved by an ophthalmological laser therapy device (100) having a control system (400) which, in order to produce a corneal access incision (1) in a corneal tissue (6) of an eye (600) by photo disruption, is programmed to vary the operating parameters of the laser system (200) and/or of the positioning system (300) on the basis of a local position of the focal volume of a laser beam in the corneal tissue (6) such that the access incision (1) in the corneal tissue (6) is varied and/or interrupted in the width of the access incision. The invention is further solved by a corresponding computer program product and by a method for performing a corneal access incision (1) in a corneal tissue (6) of an eye (600).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de thérapie laser ophtalmique (100) qui comprend un laser pulsé, un système de positionnement (300) et un système de commande (400) destiné à produire des incisions dans le tissu d'un œil (600), en particulier pour générer des incisions d'accès cornéennes (1), ainsi qu'un procédé correspondant. Le but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif de thérapie laser ophtalmique (100) et un procédé permettant de réaliser des incisions d'accès cornéennes (1) avec une étanchéité en cas d'interventions extérieures et une résistance à la compression qui sont élevées et des géométries d'incisions complexes. Ce but est atteint par un dispositif de thérapie laser ophtalmique (100) qui comprend un système de commande (400) qui est programmé, dans le but de générer une incision d'accès cornéenne (1) dans un tissu cornéen (6) d'un œil (600) par photodisruption, pour modifier les paramètres de travail du système laser (200) et/ou du système de positionnement (300) en fonction d'une position locale du volume focal du faisceau laser dans le tissu cornéen (6) de telle sorte que l'incision d'accès (1) dans le tissu cornéen (6) varie en largeur et/ou est interrompue, en outre par un produit programme d'ordinateur correspondant et un procédé de réalisation d'une incision d'accès cornéenne (1) dans un tissu cornéen (6) d'un œil (600).
