Die Erfindung betrifft eine Straffervorrichtung (10) für einen Sicherheitsgurt, insbesondere in einem Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend einen Gasgenerator (17), einen in einem Rohr (16) geführten Kolben (21), der einen Druckraum (20) in dem Rohr (16) verschließt, wobei der Druckraum (20) durch den Gasgenerator (17) mit einem Druck beaufschlagbar ist. Der Kolben (21) ist durch den in dem Druckraum (20) vorhandenen Druck zumindest mittelbar zu einer Straffbewegung antreibbar, wobei der Kolben (21) eine, vorzugsweise kalottenförmige, Stirnseite (3) zur Anlage eines im Rohr (16) verschiebbaren Massekörpers (19) aufweist. Der Kolben (21) weist einen verengten Kanal (1) auf, welcher durch eine Druckerhöhung im Druckraum (20), durch eine mit einer Druckerhöhung im Druckraum (20) verbundene thermische Einwirkung oder durch einen durch eine Druckerhöhung im Druckraum (20) bewirkten Materialabtrag erweiterbar ist. Der Kanal (1) ist an der Stirnseite (3) des Kolbens (21) ausgebildet.

The invention relates to a tensioning device (10) for a seat belt, in particular in a motor vehicle, comprising a gas generator (17), a piston (21), which is guided in a pipe (16) and which closes a pressure chamber (20) in the pipe (16), wherein a pressure can be applied to the pressure chamber (20) by means of the gas generator (17). The piston (21) can be indirectly driven to a tensioning motion by the pressure present in the pressure chamber (20), wherein the piston (21) has a, preferably dome-shaped, end face (3) for contacting a mass body (19) that can be slid in the tube (16). The piston (21) has a narrowed channel (1), which can be expanded by means of a pressure increase in the pressure chamber (20), by means of a thermal influence connected with a pressure increase in the pressure chamber (20), or by means of a material removal caused by a pressure increase in the pressure chamber (20). The channel (1) is formed on the end face (3) of the piston (21).

L'invention concerne un prétensionneur (10) de ceinture de sécurité, en particulier dans un véhicule automobile, comprenant un générateur de gaz (17) et un piston (21) guidé dans un tube (16) et définissant une chambre de pression (20) dans le tube (16), la chambre de pression (20) pouivant être soumise à l'action d'une pression par le générateur de gaz (17). Le piston (21) peut être entraîné au moins indirectement dans un mouvement de tension par la pression présente dans la chambre de pression (20), le piston (21) présentant une face frontale (3) de préférence en forme de calotte servant d'appui à un corps de masse (19) mobile dans le tube (16). Le piston (21) présente un canal rétréci (1) qui peut être élargi par une élévation de la pression dans la chambre de pression (20), par un effet thermique lié à une élévation de la pression dans la chambre de pression (20) ou par un enlèvement de matière provoqué par une élévation de la pression dans la chambre de pression (20). Le canal (1) est réalisé au niveau de la face frontale (3) du piston (21).
