The invention relates to a device for absorbing transverse interfering beams - ASE - in a solid-state optical amplifier (1), including a tank (2) for placing a liquid (3) in contact with a surface (13) of said amplifier (1), including means for modifying the physical properties of said liquid (3), thus bringing the index value of said liquid (3) closer to the index value of said solid-state optical amplifier (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'absorption de faisceaux parasites - ASE - transverses dans un amplificateur optique solide (1), comprenant un réservoir (2) permettant de mettre en contact un liquide (3) avec une surface (13) dudit amplificateur (1), comprennant des moyens de modification des propriétés physiques dudit liquide (3), rapprochant la valeur de l'indice dudit liquide (3) de la valeur de l'indice dudit amplificateur optique solide (1).
