Abstract
(EN) A crosslinked rubber object for fuel sealing which is obtained by crosslinking a nitrile rubber composition that comprises (A) a nitrile rubber and (B) an inorganic filler having an aspect ratio of 30-2,000, the amount of the inorganic filler (B) being 1-200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber (A), the nitrile rubber (A) comprising (a1) 25-80 wt% units of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer, (a2) 20-75 wt% units of a conjugated diene monomer, and (a3) 0-30 wt% units of a cationic monomer and/or units of a monomer capable of forming a cation, and the nitrile rubber (A) having a compression set of 20% or less after having been compressed in 100ºC atmosphere for 70 hours. The crosslinked rubber object is obtained from the nitrile rubber composition through secondary vulcanization conducted at 100-150ºC for 1-24 hours.
(FR) L’invention concerne un objet en caoutchouc réticulé pour l'étanchéité de carburant qui est obtenu par réticulation d'une composition de caoutchouc nitrile qui comprend (A) un caoutchouc nitrile et (B) une charge minérale ayant un rapport d'aspect de 30 à 2 000, la quantité de la charge minérale (B) étant de 1 à 200 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids du caoutchouc nitrile (A), le caoutchouc nitrile (A) comprenant (a1) 25 à 80 % en poids de motifs d'un monomère nitrile à insaturation α,β-éthylénique, (a2) 20 à 75 % en poids de motifs d'un monomère diène conjugué, et (a3) 0 à 30 % en poids de motifs d'un monomère cationique et/ou de motifs d'un monomère apte à former un cation, et le caoutchouc nitrile (A) ayant une déformation rémanente à la compression de 20 % ou moins après avoir été comprimé dans une atmosphère à 100 ºC pendant 70 heures. L'objet en caoutchouc réticulé est obtenu à partir de la composition de caoutchouc nitrile par une vulcanisation secondaire effectuée à 100 à 150 °C pendant 1 à 24 heures.
