Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a microstructure including cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel, and a method for producing the same. The present invention has an effect in that it is possible to produce a microstructure which is uniform and has minimized distortion since the microstructure of the present invention uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel. In addition, the microstructure of the present invention which uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel has the advantages of: being able to improve aged skin tissue such as wrinkles, and provide a moisturizing effect thereto; easily absorbing bodily fluid within a living body due to excellent swelling properties; and being able to stably deliver useful components into the living body due to having hyaluronidase stability, and as a result the duration of microstructures within the living body being long.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une microstructure comprenant de l'hydrogel d'acide hyaluronique réticulé, et un procédé de production de celui-ci. La présente invention a un effet en ce qu'il est possible de produire une microstructure qui est uniforme et a une distorsion réduite au minimum étant donné que la microstructure de la présente invention utilise l'hydrogel d'acide hyaluronique réticulé. En outre, la microstructure de la présente invention qui utilise l'hydrogel d'acide hyaluronique réticulé présente les avantages : d'être apte à améliorer les tissues âgés de la peau tels que les rides, etc, et fournir un effet hydratant à ceux-ci; de facilement absorber un fluide corporel à l'intérieur d'un corps vivant due à d'excellentes propriétés de gonflement; et d'être apte à délivrer de façon stable des composants utiles dans le corps vivant en raison du fait qu'il présente une stabilité d'hyaluronidase, et en conséquence la durée de vie des microstructures à l'intérieur du corps vivant est grande.
(KO) 본 발명은 가교된 히알루론산 하이드로젤(Cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel)을 포함하는 마이크로구조체(microstructure) 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 마이크로구조체는 가교된 히알루론산 하이드로젤을 이용함으로서 균일하며 뒤틀림이 최소화된 마이크로구조체의 제조가 가능한 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 가교된 히알루론산 하이드로젤을 이용한 마이크로구조체는 주름 등 노화된 피부 조직을 개선시키고 보습 효과를 줄 수 있으며, 팽윤성이 우수하여 생체내에서 체액을 쉽게 흡수하고, 히알루론산 분해효소에 대해 안정하여 마이크로구조체의 생체내 지속기간이 길어 유용성분을 생체내에 안정적으로 전달할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
