Provided are a pixel structure, a display device having said pixel structure, and a method for fabricating a pixel structure. The pixel structure comprises: a first dielectric layer 3; a light-emitting unit, arranged on the first dielectric layer 3 and comprising a first electrode layer 41, a light-emitting layer 42, and a second electrode layer 43; a pixel definition layer 5, configured to be used for defining a pixel aperture, the light-emitting unit being arranged in the pixel aperture; and a reflective assembly, arranged surrounding the pixel definition layer 5 such that the light shining into the pixel definition layer 5 from the light-emitting layer 42 is reflected and emitted from the exit surface of the pixel structure. Arranging the reflective assembly causes the light shining into the pixel definition layer 5 from the light-emitting layer 42 to be reflected and emitted from the exit surface of the pixel structure; thus the light beams shining into the pixel definition layer 5 may be converted to effective light beams of the pixel structure, improving display performance and reducing light consumption.

L'invention concerne une structure de pixel, un dispositif d'affichage comportant ladite structure de pixel, et un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de pixel. La structure de pixel comprend : une première couche diélectrique 3 ; une unité électroluminescente, disposée sur la première couche diélectrique 3 et comprenant une première couche d'électrode 41, une couche électroluminescente 42 et une seconde couche d'électrode 43 ; une couche de délimitation de pixel 5, configurée pour être utilisée pour délimiter une ouverture de pixel, l'unité électroluminescente étant disposée dans l'ouverture de pixel ; et un ensemble réfléchissant, disposé entourant la couche de délimitation de pixel 5 de manière que la lumière entrant dans la couche de délimitation de pixel 5 en provenance de la couche électroluminescente 42 soit réfléchie et émise par la surface de sortie de la structure de pixel. L'agencement de l'ensemble réfléchissant amène la lumière entrant dans la couche de délimitation de pixel 5 en provenance de la couche électroluminescente 42 à être réfléchie et émise par la surface de sortie de la structure de pixel ; ainsi les faisceaux lumineux entrant dans la couche de délimitation de pixel 5 peuvent être convertis en faisceaux lumineux efficaces de la structure de pixel, améliorant les caractéristiques d'affichage et réduisant la consommation de lumière.
