Zusammensetzung enthaltend eine Isocyanatkomponente A), umfassend wenigstens ein cycloaliphatisches oder araliphatisches Diisocyanat, eine Polyolkomponente B), umfassend wenigstens ein Polyol mit einer OH-Zahl von 80 bis 1000 mg KOH/g, eine Additivkomponente C), umfassend wenigstens ein internes Entformungsmittel, und eine Katalysatorkomponente D), umfassend wenigstens eine anorganische Metallkomplexverbindung als thermolatenter Katalysator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der thermolatente Katalysator einen Quotient der Reaktionsgeschwindigkeiten zwischen katalysierter Reaktion und unkatalysierter Reaktion bei 30 °C von ≤ 5,0 und bei 60 °C von ≥ 1,1 aufweist. Weitere Gegenstände der vorliegenden Erfindung sind ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Elastomers und die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung transparenter Formkörper.

A composition comprising an isocyanate component A) comprising at least one cycloaliphatic or araliphatic diisocyanate, a polyol component B) comprising at least one polyol having an OH number of 80 to 1000 mg KOH/g, an additive component C) comprising at least one internal demoulding agent, and a catalyst component D) comprising at least one inorganic metal complex as thermally latent catalyst, characterized in that the thermally latent catalyst has a quotient of reaction rates between catalysed reaction and uncatalysed reaction at 30°C of ≤ 5.0 and at 60°C of ≥ 1.1. The present invention further provides a process for producing an elastomer and for the use of the composition for production of transparent shaped bodies.

Composition contenant un composant isocyanate A) comprenant au moins un diisocyanate cycloaliphatique ou araliphatique, un composant polyol B) comprenant au moins un polyol présentant un indice hydroxyle compris entre 80 et 1000 mg KOH/g, un composant additif C) comprenant au moins un agent de démoulage interne, et un composant catalyseur D) comprenant au moins un composé complexe métallique inorganique comme catalyseur thermolatent, caractérisée en ce que le catalyseur thermolatent présente un quotient des vitesses de réaction entre la réaction catalysée et la réaction non catalysée inférieur ou égal à 5,0 à 30 °C et supérieur ou égal à 1,1 à 60 °C. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un élastomère et l'utilisation de la composition pour fabriquer des corps moulés transparents.
