Abstract
(EN) A system and method of pausing a game in a cloud gaming system including playing a game on a first game console included in the cloud gaming system, pausing the game at a selected point in the game and capturing game state data for the paused game. The paused game can be resumed by retrieving the game state data and applying the game state data to a selected game console and resuming the game at the selected point in the game on the selected game console.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour mettre en pause un jeu dans un système de jeu en nuage, consistant à jouer à un jeu sur une première console de jeu comprise dans le système de jeu en nuage, mettre en pause le jeu à un point sélectionné dans le jeu, et capturer des données d'état de jeu pour le jeu mis en pause. Le jeu mis en pause peut être repris par récupération des données d'état de jeu et application des données d'état de jeu à une console de jeu sélectionnée, et par reprise du jeu au point sélectionné dans le jeu sur la console de jeu sélectionnée.
