Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing sheets of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or sheets of mixtures of same from the powder of said materials. Said sheets are formed by a set of strips, where said strips consist of between one and five layers. Said layers are layers of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide which have a monoatomic or monomolecular thickness. The invention also relates to a method for covering a surface with sheets of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or sheets of mixtures of same.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para obtener láminas de grafeno, de nitruro de boro hexagonal, de disulfuro de molibdeno, de disulfuro de tungsteno o láminas de mezclas de los mismos a partir del polvo de dichos materiales. Dichas láminas están formadas por por un conjunto de tiras, donde dichas tiras consisten en de una a cinco capas. Dichas capas son capas de grafeno, nitruro de boro hexagonal, disulfuro de molibdeno o disulfuro de tungsteno que tienen un grosor monoatómico o monomolecular. Además, la invención se refiere a un procedimiento para recubrir una superficie con láminas de grafeno, de nitruro de boro hexagonal, de disulfuro de molibdeno, de disulfuro de tungsteno o láminas de mezclas de los mismos.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour obtenir des feuilles de graphène de niture de bore hexagonal, de disulfure de molybdène, de disulfure de tungstène ou des feuilles de mélanges de ceux-ci à partir de la poudre desdits matériaux. Lesdites feuilles sont formés par un ensemble de bandes, lesdites bandes consistant en une à cinq couches. Lesdites couches sont des couches de graphène, de nitrure de bore hexagonal, de disulfure de molybdène ou de disulfure de tungstène présentant une grosseur monoatomique ou monomoléculaire. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé destiné à recouvrir une surface avec des feuilles de graphène, de nitrure de bore hexagonal, de disulfure de molybdène, de disulfure de tungstène ou des feuilles de mélanges de ceux-ci.
