A liquid crystal display panel and an array substrate thereof. The array substrate (11) comprises a substrate (111) and a first metal layer (112), a first dielectric layer (113), a second metal layer (114), an insulating layer (115) and an electrode layer (116) formed on the substrate (111), the first metal layer (112), the first dielectric layer (113) and the second metal layer (114) constituting a first capacitor, the second metal layer (114), the insulating layer (115) and the electrode layer (116) constituting a second capacitor, the electrode layer (116) being connected to the first metal layer (112) via a through-hole penetrating the first dielectric layer (113) and the insulating layer (115), so that the first capacitor and the second capacitor are connected in parallel. Thus, the area occupied by a GOA circuit on the array substrate can be reduced, which is beneficial for a narrow frame design of the liquid crystal display panel.

La présente invention concerne un écran d'affichage à cristaux liquides et son substrat de réseau. Le substrat de réseau (11) comprend : un substrat (111) ; une première couche de métal (112) ; une première couche diélectrique (113) ; une seconde couche de métal (114) ; une couche isolante (115) ; et une couche d'électrode (116) formée sur le substrat (111). La première couche de métal (112), la première couche diélectrique (113) et la seconde couche de métal (114) constituent un premier condensateur. La seconde couche de métal (114), la couche isolante (115) et la couche d'électrode (116) constituent un second condensateur. La couche d'électrode (116) est reliée à la première couche de métal (112) par l'intermédiaire d'un trou traversant pénétrant dans la première couche diélectrique (113) et dans la couche isolante (115), de sorte que les premier et second condensateurs sont reliés en parallèle. Ainsi la zone occupée par un circuit GOA sur le substrat de réseau peut-elle être réduite, ce qui est avantageux pour une conception de structure étroite de l'écran d'affichage à cristaux liquides.
