(EN)The present invention relates to a precision forging method for a piston of a caliper housing for a ball-in-ramp brake system and, more particularly, to a precision forging method for a piston of a caliper housing for a ball-in-ramp brake system, in which separate processing steps are performed in different former cold forming machines. A manufacturing method for a piston of a caliper housing for a ball-in-ramp brake system, according to the present invention, comprises, in a plurality of former cold forming machines which have molding dies and forming dies, a plurality of continuous processes of fixing a forming material to a fixing pin of each molding die and applying pressure by means of a punch of each forming die.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de forgeage de précision pour un piston de boîtier d'étrier pour un système de frein à rampe à billes et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de forgeage de précision dans lequel sont exécutées des étapes séparées de traitement dans différentes machines de formage à froid de fibres d'acétate. La présente invention décrit un procédé de fabrication d'un piston de boîtier d'étrier pour un système de frein à rampe à billes, comprenant une pluralité de procédés continus de fixation d'un matériau de formage à une broche de fixation de chaque filière de moulage et l'application d'une pression à l'aide d'un poinçon de chaque filière de formage dans une pluralité de machines de formage à froid de fibres d'acétate qui présentent respectivement des filières de moulage et des filières de formage.
