(EN)The present invention provides a method for preparing L1 virus-like particles (VLP) of HPV. The method of the present invention first removes impurities through ammonium sulfate precipitation and then, secondly, removes impurities through dialysis in a solution containing 0.35-0.60 M of salts, thereby producing a high purity HPV L1 protein even though a chromatographic step is implemented one time.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de particules pseudo-virales (VLP) L1 du VPH. Le procédé de la présente invention consiste d'abord à éliminer des impuretés par précipitation de sulfate d'ammonium, puis, dans un second temps, à éliminer des impuretés par dialyse dans une solution contenant de 0,35 à 0,60 M de sels, ce qui permet de produire une protéine L1 du VPH de pureté élevée, malgré le fait qu'une étape chromatographique ne soit mise en œuvre qu'une seule fois.
(KO)본 발명은 HPV의 L1 바이러스-유사 입자(VLP)의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 암모늄 설페이트 침전을 통하여 불순물을 1차적으로 제거한 후, 2차적으로 0.35-0.60 M의 염이 포함된 용액에서 투석하여 불순물을 제거하는 방법을 통하여, 한 번의 크로마토그래피 공정을 실시하고도 높은 순도로 HPV L1 단백질을 생산할 수 있다.
