(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional copperplate print and a three-dimensional copperplate print manufactured by the same and is aimed at producing a three-dimensional copperplate print in large quantities by manufacturing the copperplate print through surface coloring, verdigris corrosion, shading, corrosion using fire, and coating on the surface of the three-dimensional copperplate print that is molded through a mold. To this end, the method, according to the present invention, comprises: (a) a step of processing a copper plate in three dimensions through a mold having a pattern formed thereon; (b) a step of applying a coloring agent to the surface of the three-dimensional copper plate, which has been molded in three dimensions through the process of step (a), to color the same in a desired color; (c) a step of applying an etchant to the surface of the three-dimensional copper plate, which has been colored through the process of step (b), to form verdigris on a desired portion thereof; (d) a step of applying a metal polishing agent to a desired portion of the colored surface of the three-dimensional copper plate, on which the verdigris has been formed through the process of step (c), and rubbing the same with a nonwoven fabric so as to shade in the same; (e) a step of corroding a desired surface of the three-dimensional copper plate, which is shaded in through the process of the step (d), using direct fire to express a color; and (f) a step of coating the whole surface of the three-dimensional copper plate, which is corroded using the direct fire through the process of the step (e), with a glossy or matte coating agent to finish the surface of the three-dimensional copper plate.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer une impression en héliogravure tridimensionnelle ainsi qu'une impression en héliogravure tridimensionnelle fabriquée au moyen dudit procédé, et vise à produire une impression en héliogravure tridimensionnelle en grandes quantités en fabriquant l'impression en héliogravure au moyen d'une coloration de surface, d'une corrosion vert-de-gris, d'un estompage, d'une corrosion par le feu et d'une enduction sur la surface de l'impression en héliogravure tridimensionnelle qui est moulée au moyen d'un moule. À cet effet, conformément à la présente invention, le procédé consiste à : (a) traiter une plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions au moyen d'un moule sur lequel est formé un motif; (b) appliquer un agent colorant à la surface de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions qui est moulée en trois dimensions au moyen du processus de l'étape (a) afin de la colorer dans une couleur souhaitée; (c) appliquer un agent de gravure à la surface de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions, qui est colorée au moyen du processus de l'étape b) afin de former un vert-de-gris sur une partie souhaitée de celle-ci; (d) appliquer un agent de polissage de métal à une partie souhaitée de la surface colorée de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions sur laquelle est formé le vert-de-gris au moyen du processus de l'étape (c), et frotter celle-ci avec un tissu non tissé pour l'estomper; (e) corroder une surface souhaitée de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions, qui est estompée au moyen du processus de l'étape (d) à l'aide d'un feu direct pour exprimer une couleur; et (f) enduire toute la surface de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions, qui est corrodée à l'aide du feu direct au moyen du processus de l'étape (e) avec un agent de revêtement mat ou brillant pour réaliser la finition de la surface de la plaque de cuivre en trois dimensions.
(KO)본 발명은 입체 동판화의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 입체 동판화에 관한 것으로, 금형을 통해 성형한 입체 동판화의 표면에 표면착색, 녹청부식, 명암내기, 화부식 및 코팅처리를 통해 동판화를 제조함으로써 대량으로 생산이 가능하도록 하도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 (a) 무늬가 형성된 금형을 통해 동판을 입체적으로 가공하는 단계; (b) 단계(a) 과정을 통해 입체 성형된 입체 동판의 표면에 착색제를 도포하여 원하는 색상으로 착색하는 단계; (c) 단계(b) 과정을 통해 착색된 입체 동판의 표면에 부식액을 도포하여 원하는 부분에 대한 녹청부식이 이루어지도록 하는 단계; (d) 단계(c) 과정을 통해 녹청부식이 이루어진 입체 동판의 착색된 표면 중 원하는 부분에 금속광택제를 도포하여 부직포로 문지르는 가운데 명암을 내는 단계; (e) 단계(d) 과정을 통해 명암내기가 이루어진 입체 동판의 원하는 표면을 직화를 통해 부식시켜 색감을 내는 단계; 및 (f) 단계(e) 과정을 통해 화부식된 입체 동판의 표면 전체에 유광 또는 무광의 코팅제로 코팅처리하여 입체 동판의 표면을 마감하는 단계를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
