(EN)A method for controlling the microstructure and texture of tantalum, proposed in the present invention, comprises: a step for performing cold working on a tantalum billet having the shape of a rectangular prism; and a step for performing cold rolling multiple times, wherein the step for performing the cold working includes: a first forging step for performing upset forging and drawback forging on the tantalum billet multiple times in different directions, the upset forging being performed to press two surfaces of the tantalum billet in order to make the two surfaces close to each other and the drawback forging being performed to restore the tantalum billet to the original shape; and a second forging step for performing wedge forging and drawback forging on the tantalum billet multiple times in different directions, the wedge forging being performed to press two edges located in a diagonal direction of the tantalum billet and parallel to each other in order to make the two edges close to each other and the drawback forging being performed to restore the tantalum billet to the original shape.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de vérifier la microstructure et la texture du tantale, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape consistant à effectuer un travail à froid sur une billette de tantale ayant la forme d'un prisme rectangulaire; et une étape consistant à effectuer de multiples fois un laminage à froid, l'étape consistant à effectuer le travail à froid comprenant : une première étape de forgeage consistant à effectuer de multiples fois un forgeage par refoulement et un forgeage de remise en forme sur la billette de tantale dans des directions différentes, le forgeage par refoulement étant effectué pour presser deux surfaces de la billette de tantale afin de rendre les deux surfaces proches l'une de l'autre et le forgeage de remise en forme étant effectué pour rétablir la billette de tantale à la forme d'origine; et une seconde étape de forgeage consistant à effectuer de multiples fois un forgeage de coin et un forgeage de remise en forme sur la billette de tantale dans des directions différentes, le forgeage de coin étant effectué pour presser deux bords situés dans une direction diagonale de la billette de tantale et parallèles l'un par rapport à l'autre afin de rendre les deux bords proches l'un de l'autre et le forgeage de remise en forme étant effectué afin de rétablir la billette de tantale à la forme d'origine.
