(EN)The present invention relates to an exhaust device for increasing the collection and suction amount of pollution source air by alleviating the problem of re-diffusion occurring due to the rotation of a swirler fan and, more specifically, to an exhaust device for: preventing re-diffusion caused by blade wind of the swirler fan in a process in which air, which contains pollution sources due to a pressure difference caused by the inflowing wind generated while the swirler fan rotates so as to form eddies; and increasing an exhaust amount by forming a stable inflow path of the pollution source air so as to form a stable air movement path increasing the exhaust amount. Therefore, the exhaust device for increasing an exhaust amount by forming a stable air movement path, presented in the present invention, comprises: a first housing having an inner portion formed in an empty shape, having a suction hole into which air flows, a re-diffusion prevention plate having an inlet into which the wind, generated by the rotation of a swirler fan, flows, and a first exhaust hole formed to discharge the air flowing thereinto; a discharge induction means provided to the inner portion of the first housing and having a movement path so as to disperse and move the wind flowing therein; and the swirler fan for rotating so as to enable air to flow in through the suction hole by having a pressure difference caused by the formation of eddies on the outer circumferential part of the suction hole of the first housing.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'aspiration permettant d'augmenter la quantité de collecte et d'aspiration d'air de source de pollution en atténuant le problème de rediffusion se produisant en raison de la rotation d'un ventilateur de coupelle rotative et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif d'aspiration permettant : d'empêcher une rediffusion provoquée par le vent de pale du ventilateur de coupelle rotative dans un procédé de traitement d'air, qui contient des sources de pollution en raison d'une différence de pression provoquée par le vent entrant généré tandis que le ventilateur de coupelle rotative tourne de façon à former des tourbillons ; et d'augmenter une quantité d'aspiration par formation d'un trajet d'entrée stable de l'air de source de pollution de façon à former un trajet de circulation d'air stable augmentant la quantité d'aspiration. Par conséquent, le dispositif d'aspiration permettant d'augmenter une quantité d'aspiration par formation d'un trajet de circulation d'air stable, selon la présente invention, comprend : un premier boîtier ayant une partie intérieure formée dans une forme vide, ayant un orifice d'aspiration dans lequel l'air circule, une plaque de prévention de rediffusion présentant un orifice d'entrée dans lequel le vent, généré par la rotation d'un ventilateur de coupelle rotative, circule, et un premier orifice d'aspiration formé pour évacuer l'air circulant dans celui-ci ; un moyen d'induction d'évacuation disposé sur la partie intérieure du premier boîtier et ayant un trajet de circulation de façon à disperser et à déplacer le vent circulant à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; et le ventilateur de coupelle rotative pour la rotation de manière à permettre à l'air de passer par l'orifice d'aspiration en ayant une différence de pression provoquée par la formation de tourbillons sur la partie circonférentielle extérieure de l'orifice d'aspiration du premier boîtier.
(KO)본 발명은 스월러 팬의 회전으로 발생이 되는 재확산의 문제점을 개선하여 오염원 공기의 포집 및 흡입량을 증대시키는 배기장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 와류 형성을 위해 스월러 팬이 회전하면서 발생하는 바람으로 인하여 기압차에 의해 오염원을 포함한 공기가 유입되는 과정에서 스월러 팬의 날개 바람에 의해 재확산되는 것을 방지하며, 오염원 공기의 안정된 유입 통로를 구성하여 배기량을 증대시키는 안정적인 공기이동로를 구성하여 배기량을 증대시키는 배기장치에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명이 제안하는 안정적인 공기이동로를 구성하여 배기량을 증대시키는 배기장치는 내부가 빈 형상으로 형성되고 공기를 유입하는 흡입구와 스월러 팬이 회전하여 발생하는 바람을 유입하는 유입구를 형성한 재확산방지판이 구비되며, 내부로 유입되는 공기를 배출하도록 하는 제1 배기구가 형성되는 제1 하우징;과 상기 제1 하우징의 내부에 구비되어 내부로 유입되는 바람을 분산이동시킬 수 있도록 이동통로를 형성한 배출유도수단;과 상기 제1 하우징의 흡입구 외부 원주부에 와류 형성으로 기압차가 형성되어 흡입구로 공기가 유입될 수 있도록 회전하는 스월러 팬;으로 이루어진다.
