(EN)The present invention relates to an inhalation toxicity testing chamber device for nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations. The present invention provides an inhalation toxicity testing chamber device for nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations, which: can supply nanoparticles having different concentrations to particle exposure modules by stacking a plurality of particle exposure modules inside a single chamber housing and by allowing each particle exposure module so as to form an independent space from each other; can perform inhalation toxicity testing of nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations through a single chamber housing by being capable of exposing the test animals put into each particle exposure module to nanoparticles having different concentrations; can easily perform inhalation toxicity tests of nanoparticles in a small scale laboratory etc. by improving the overall space efficiency as well as reducing the test cost; and can easily perform more diverse and accurate inhalation toxicity tests on nanoparticles by selectively allowing a plurality of particle exposure modules to be in communication with each other or to be formed as an independent space, according to a user's needs, thereby variably applying the space of the particle exposure module without changing the arrangement of the particle exposure module.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif à chambre d'essai de toxicité de l'inhalation de nanoparticules ayant une pluralité de concentrations, qui : peut fournir des nanoparticules ayant des concentrations différentes à des modules d'exposition de particules par empilement d'une pluralité de modules d'exposition de particules à l'intérieur d'un boîtier à chambre unique et en permettant à chaque module d'exposition de particules de former un espace indépendant les uns des autres; peut effectuer un essai de toxicité de l'inhalation de nanoparticules ayant une pluralité de concentrations à travers un boîtier à chambre unique par exposition des animaux de laboratoire placés dans chaque module d'exposition de particules à des nanoparticules ayant des concentrations différentes; peut facilement effectuer des essais de toxicité de l'inhalation de nanoparticules dans un laboratoire à échelle réduite etc. par amélioration de l'efficacité d'espace total ainsi que par réduction du coût de l'essai; et peut facilement effectuer plusieurs essais différents et précis de toxicité de l'inhalation de nanoparticules par le fait d'autoriser sélectivement une pluralité de modules d'exposition de particules à être en communication les uns avec les autres ou à être formés en tant qu'espace indépendant, en fonction des besoins de l'utilisateur, ce qui permet d'appliquer de manière variable l'espace du module d'exposition de particules sans changer l'agencement du module d'exposition de particules.
(KO)본 발명은 복수 농도 나노 입자 흡입 독성 시험 챔버 장치에 관한 것으로, 하나의 챔버 하우징 내부에 다수개의 입자 노출 모듈을 적층하고, 각각의 입자 노출 모듈이 서로 독립적인 공간을 이루도록 함으로써, 각 입자 노출 모듈에 서로 다른 농도의 나노 입자를 공급할 수 있고, 이에 따라 각 입자 노출 모듈에 투입된 시험 동물들을 서로 다른 농도의 나노 입자에 노출시킬 수 있어 하나의 챔버 하우징을 통해 복수 농도의 나노 입자 흡입 독성 시험을 수행할 수 있고, 전체적인 공간 효율이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 시험 비용 또한 절감할 수 있어 소규모 연구실 등에서도 나노 입자 흡입 독성 시험을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 다수개의 입자 노출 모듈을 사용자의 필요에 따라 선택적으로 서로 연통하거나 독립적인 공간으로 형성할 수 있도록 함으로써, 입자 노출 모듈의 배치 구조를 변경하지 않더라도 입자 노출 모듈의 공간을 가변적으로 적용할 수 있어 더욱 다양하고 정확한 나노 입자 흡입 독성 시험을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 복수 농도 나노 입자 흡입 독성 시험 챔버 장치를 제공한다.
