(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing germinated brown rice powder and, more specifically, to a method for preparing germinated brown rice powder, which is prepared by dipping brown rice in yellow soil supernatant to primarily germinate the brown rice; secondarily germinating the brown rice at a temperature of 10-40℃ for 2-4 days and drying the brown rice; and then crushing the brown rice while injecting inert gas. The germinated brown rice powder of the present invention can prevent the acidification of brown rice during production processes, and can contain yellow soil, silver, and charcoal, and thereby has excellent storage and distribution capabilities, preservability, has excellent safety against microbial and can be easily ingested by anyone, including children and the old and infirm.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de poudre de riz brun germé et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de préparation de poudre de riz brun germé, qui est préparée par immersion de riz brun dans un surnageant de sol jaune pour principalement germer le riz brun ; par germination dans un second temps du riz brun à une température de 10 à 40 °C pendant 2 à 4 jours et par séchage du riz brun ; puis par broyage du riz brun tout en injectant un gaz inerte. La poudre de riz brun germé de la présente invention peut empêcher l'acidification du riz brun, lors des procédés de production, et peut contenir un sol jaune, de l'argent, et du charbon de bois, et, de ce fait, présente d'excellentes capacités de stockage et de distribution, une excellente aptitude à la conservation, a une excellente sécurité contre les microbes et peut être facilement ingérée par n'importe qui, y compris les enfants et les personnes âgées ou infirmes.
(KO)본 발명은 발아현미가루의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 현미를 황토지장수에 침지시켜 1차 발아시키고, 10~40℃의 온도에서 2~4일간에서 2차 발아시켜 건조한 후, 불활성 가스 주입하에서 분쇄하여 제조하는 발아현미가루의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발아현미가루는 제조과정 중 현미의 산를 방지할 수 있으며, 발아현미가루 중 황토, 은 및 숯을 함유하고 있어 저장성, 유통성 및 보관성이 우수하고, 미생물에 대한 안전성이 뛰어나며, 어린이나 노약자 뿐 아니라 누구나 용이하게 섭취할 수 있다.
