(EN)An MgF2-based fluoride sintered compact for a radiation moderator material having a dense polycrystalline structure with exceptional radiation moderator performance, especially neutron moderator performance, wherein the MgF2-based fluoride sintered compact for a radiation moderator material contains a maximum of 90 wt% of CaF2 and has a relative density of 95.2% or higher.
(FR)L'invention concerne un élément compact fritté en fluorure à base de MgF2 pour un matériau modérateur de rayonnement ayant une structure polycristalline dense avec des performances exceptionnelles de modération des rayonnements, en particulier des performances de modération des neutrons, l'élément compact fritté en fluorure à base de MgF2 pour le matériau modérateur de rayonnement contenant un maximum de 90 % en poids de CaF2 et présentant une densité relative de 95,2 % ou plus.
