(EN)This capacitor circuit (22) is provided with two ceramic capacitors (21) connected in series. The two ceramic capacitors (21) have a ferroelectric layer interposed between conductor layers, and has the DC bias characteristic that the capacitance C(V1/2) during application of a voltage V1/2, half of the rated voltage V1, is greater than or approximately the same as the capacitance C(V1) during application of the rated voltage V1, which is higher than the voltage V1/2.
(FR)L'invention concerne un circuit à condensateurs (22) qui est pourvu de deux condensateurs céramiques (21) connectés en série. Les deux condensateurs céramiques (21) comportent une couche ferroélectrique interposée entre des couches conductrices, et présente la caractéristique de polarisation en courant continu selon laquelle la capacité C(V1/2) durant l'application d'une tension V1/2, la moitié de la tension nominale V1, est supérieure ou approximativement égale à la capacité C(V1) durant l'application de la tension nominale V1, qui est supérieure à la tension V1/2.
