Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dielektrischen Polyurethan- Polymers umfassend die Schritte: (a) Erzeugung eines Dipol-funktionalisierten Polyisocyanats durch Umsetzung eines Polyisocyanats mit NCO-Funktionalität von > 2,0 mit einer Dipol- Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) (Z)-(R)n-(D)-X-(A)m in der Z eine funktionelle Gruppe mit wenigstens einem Zerewitinoff-aktiven Wasserstoffatom, X ein organischer Rest mit einem delokalisierten Elektronensystem, A eine Elektronenakzeptorfunktionalität, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus N02, -CN, -F, -Cl, -CF3,-OCF3, Cyanovinyl-, Dicyanovinyl-, oder Tricyanovinyl-Resten, D eine Elektronendonorfunktionalität, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus - O-, -S- oder N(B)-, wobei B Wasserstoff oder ein linearer oder verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, R ein Alkylenrest mit 1 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatomen repräsentiert, wobei n = 0 oder 1 und m = 1, 2, 3 oder 4 ist; (b) anschließende Umsetzung des nach Schritt (a) erhaltenen Dipol-funktionalisierten Polyisocyanats mit (aa) einer Polyisocyanatkomponente und (bb) einer Polyolkomponente. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein nach dem Verfahren erzeugtes dielektrisches Polyurethan; Polymer sowie dessen Verwendung.

The invention relates to a method for producing a dielectric polyurethane polymer, having the following steps: (a) generating a dipole-functionalized polyisocyanate by reacting a polyisocyanate with an NCO functionality of > 2.0 with a dipole compound of the general formula (I) (Z)-(R)n-(D)-X-(A)m in which Z represents a functional group with at least one Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atom, X represents an organic group with a delocalized electron system, A represents an electron acceptor functionality, selected from the group consisting of N02, -CN, -F, -Cl, -CF3,-OCF3, cyanovinyl, dicyanovinyl, or tricyanovinyl groups, D represents an electron donor functionality, selected from the group consisting of - O-, -S-, or N(B)-, B is hydrogen or a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 16 carbon atoms, R is an alkylene group with 1 to 16 carbon atoms, and n = 0 or 1 and m = 1, 2, 3, or 4; and (b) subsequently reacting the dipole-functionalized polyisocyanate obtained in step (a) with (aa) a polyisocyanate component and (bb) a polyol component. The invention further relates to a dielectric polyurethane polymer produced according to the method and to the use thereof.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polymère de polyuréthane diélectrique, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) produire un polyisocyanate ayant une fonction dipolaire en faisant réagir un polyisocyanate comprenant une fonctionnalité NCO > 2,0 avec un composé dipolaire de formule générale (I) (Z)-(R)n-(D)-X-(A)m dans laquelle Z représente un groupe fonctionnel comprenant au moins un atome d'hydrogène actif de Zerewitinoff, X représente un radical organique comprenant un système d'électrons délocalisé, A représente une fonctionnalité d'accepteur d'électrons, choisi dans le groupe constitué de NO2, -CN, -F, -Cl, CF3,-OCF3, des radicaux cyanovinyle, dicyanovinyle, ou tricyanovinyle, D représente une fonctionnalité de donneur d'électrons, choisi dans le groupe constitué de - O-, -S- ou N(B)-, B représentant un hydrogène ou un radical alkyle linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 1 à 16 atomes de carbone, R représente un radical alkyle ayant de 1 à 16 atomes de carbone, où n = 0 ou 1 et m = 1, 2, 3 ou 4 ; (b) faire réagir consécutivement le polyisocyanate ayant une fonction dipolaire, obtenu selon l'étape (a), avec (aa) un composant polyisocyanate et (bb) un composant polyol. L'invention concerne en outre un polyuréthane diélectrique produit d'après ledit procédé ; un polymère ainsi que son utilisation.
