Abstract:
Disclosed are a composite of a hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy and an elastic resin and a preparation method, the composite comprising a hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy substrate and an elastic resin layer adhered to at least a portion of a surface of the substrate; the substrate surface having the elastic resin layer adhered thereto is distributed with recesses, and the recesses are filled with a part of the resin of the elastic resin layer. The disclosure also relates to a surface-treated hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises etching the hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy with an acid and a base sequentially. The disclosure further relates to an electronic product housing. By using the method in the present disclosure to perform a surface treatment to the hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy, densely-distributed recesses can be formed on the surface of the hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy, such that a higher binding force exists between the resin layer and the hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy substrate in the prepared composite of the hyperelastic nickel-titanium alloy and the elastic resin suitable for housings of various electronic products.
