(EN)The present invention relates to a hammering body (1) for a hydraulic hammering device. A conventional hydraulic hammering device allows scratches to be frequently generated on sliding surfaces of a body (10) and a piston (11) and allows severe vibration to be generated due to a great pressure difference between the highest pressure and the lowest pressure during the operation thereof. The present invention avoids direct contact between the piston (11) and a cylinder (10) during a hammering reciprocation motion of the piston (11) by inserting and forming cylindrical sleeves (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) in the inner wall of the body, prevents scratches on the piston or the cylinder by implementing the sleeve, made from a material weaker than steel, between the cylinder (10) and the piston (11), remarkably reduces a difference in operating pressure so as to reduce vibration during impact reciprocation of the piston (11), by providing buffer communication holes (46, 47) and a check valve (51) between a lower hydraulic chamber (55) and an upper hydraulic chamber (56), and can lower manufacturing costs so as to remarkably improve performance thereof, by forming a removable lower seal retainer (20) at the lower part of the body (10).

La présente invention évite un contact direct entre le piston (11) et un cylindre (10) durant un mouvement de va-et-vient de martelage du piston (11) grâce à l'insertion et à la formation de manchons cylindriques (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) dans la paroi interne du corps, empêche les rayures sur le piston ou le cylindre par la mise en œuvre du manchon, constitué d'un matériau plus faible que l'acier, entre le cylindre (10) et le piston (11), réduit de façon remarquable une différence de pression de fonctionnement de manière à réduire les vibrations pendant le va-et-vient d'impact du piston (11), en fournissant des trous de communication tampon (46, 47) et un clapet de non-retour (51) entre une chambre hydraulique inférieure (55) et une chambre hydraulique supérieure (56), et permet d'abaisser les coûts de fabrication de manière à améliorer de façon remarquable les performances de celui-ci, par la formation d'un dispositif de retenue de joint inférieur amovible (20) au niveau de la partie inférieure du corps (10).
