(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing agglomerated boron nitride powder, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a reaction intermediate by reacting a boric acid and a reactant comprising urea at 10°C-350°C; (b) preparing amorphous boron nitride powder by primarily heat treating the prepared reaction intermediate; (c) agglomerating the amorphous boron nitride powder by removing residual carbon by secondarily heat treating the prepared amorphous boron nitride powder at 10°C-700°C; and (d) preparing agglomerated hexagonal boron nitride powder by tertiarily heat treating the agglomerated amorphous boron nitride powder.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de poudre de nitrure de bore agglomérée, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) préparer un intermédiaire de réaction par réaction d'un acide borique et un réactif comprenant de l'urée à 10 °C à 350 °C; b) préparer une poudre de nitrure de bore amorphe par un premier traitement thermique de l'intermédiaire de réaction préparé; (c) agglomérer la poudre de nitrure de bore amorphe par élimination du carbone résiduel préparé par un deuxième traitement thermique de la poudre de nitrure de bore amorphe à 10 °C à 700 °C; et (d) préparer une poudre de nitrure de bore hexagonal aggloméré par un troisième traitement thermique de la poudre agglomérée de nitrure de bore amorphe.
