(EN)The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode display device comprising: a substrate having a plurality of unit pixels comprising a plurality of sub-pixels for implementing lights of different wavelength bands, and having a thin-film transistor; an organic light-emitting diode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and generating white light; a color filter formed at a position corresponding to the sub-pixel, so as to selectively transmit light of a wavelength band corresponding to each sub-pixel; and a quantum dot layer disposed between the organic light-emitting diode and the color filter and converting incident light into light of a wavelength capable of passing through the color filter.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques comprenant : un substrat comportant une pluralité de pixels unitaires comprenant une pluralité de sous-pixels pour permettre l'émission de lumières de différentes bandes de longueur d'onde, et comportant un transistor à couches minces; une diode électroluminescente organique connectée électriquement au transistor à couches minces et générant de la lumière blanche; un filtre coloré formé à une position correspondant au sous-pixel, de manière à transmettre sélectivement la lumière d'une bande de longueur d'onde correspondant à chaque sous-pixel; et une couche de points quantiques disposée entre la diode électroluminescente organique et le filtre coloré et convertissant la lumière incidente en lumière d'une longueur d'onde susceptible de passer à travers le filtre coloré.
