The present invention relates to a new method for producing hydrogen and a strongly alkaline ionic compound, using a hydrolysis reaction to break water molecules, the temperature being maintained within limits which allow a regular and stable release of hydrogen gas, instead of hydrogen vapour, which is obtained by the common method for producing hydrogen by hydrolysis reactions. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for producing hydrogen gas on an industrial scale, unlike the methods of this type that are known today, which produce hydrogen only on a laboratory scale. The method consists in combining at least one ionic compound (a base and/or a basic salt), water, at least one acid and at least one metal. The present invention also relates to an alkaline electrolytic solution and to a strongly alkaline ionic compound which, paradoxically, is not corrosive.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé d'obtention d'hydrogène et un composé ionique fortement alcalin, utilisation la réaction d'hydrolyse pour casser les molécules d'eau, la température étant maintenu dans des limites permettant d'obtenir une libération régulière et stable d'hydrogène gazeux et non de vapeur d'hydrogène, ce qui est obtenu dans le procédé classique d'obtention d'hydrogène à partir de réactions d'hydrolyse. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant l'obtention de l'hydrogène gazeux à l'échelle industrielle, d'une manière différente par rapport aux procédés du genre actuellement connus, avec lesquels l'hydrogène gazeux n'est obtenu qu'à l'échelle du laboratoire. Ledit procédé consiste à combiner au moins un composé ionique (une base et/ou un sel basique), de l'eau, au moins un acide et au moins un métal. La présente invention concerne également une solution électrolytique alcaline et un composé ionique fortement alcalin et, paradoxalement, non corrosif.

A presente invenção refere-se a um novo processo para obtenção de hidrogénio e um composto iônico fortemente alcalino que utiliza a reação de hidrólise para quebrar as moléculas da água, no qual a temperatura é mantida dentro de limites que permitem obter a liberação regular e estável de gás hidrogénio e não de vapor de hidrogénio, o que é obtido no método comum de obtenção de hidrogénio a partir de reações de hidrólise. Mais especificamente refere-se a um processo que possibilita a obtenção do gás hidrogénio em escala industrial, diferentemente dos processos do género atualmente conhecidos, que obtêm o gás hidrogénio apenas em escala laboratorial. O dito processo compreende combinar pelo menos um composto iônico (uma base e/ou um sal básico), água, pelo menos um ácido e pelo menos um metal. A presente invenção também se refere a uma solução eletrolítica alcalina e a um composto iônico fortemente alcalino e, paradoxalmente, não corrosivo.
