(EN)The present invention relates to a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) house using cube-shaped blocks and, particularly, to an assembly-type house that can be assembled and made directly by a user. The DIY house is characterized by comprising: blocks - each including first members having first through-holes perforated therein at certain intervals along a lengthwise direction and coupled to each other to form a cube-shaped frame; insulating boards installed as quadrilateral board members in the spaces formed by the first members; and studs, each including a stud body which is a member having a "U"-shaped cross section and has multiple second through-holes perforated in one flat surface thereof, and a wedge portion which is a board member having a polygonal shape and has multiple bottom sides coupled at certain intervals to both sides of the stud body, the studs being coupled to each of the first members that are installed to have the ends thereof facing each other, wherein when a plurality of the insulating boards are built on one surface of the block, the wedge portions that are coupled to both sides of the stud body are respectively inserted in and installed on the insulating boards that are installed adjacent to each other. Also, the present invention relates to a method of constructing a DIY house by using cube-shaped blocks. The present invention has advantages which are: because a frame is perforated and standardized at certain intervals, a worker can personally handle the frame and assemble frames in accordance with a construction blueprint (assembly diagram) through screwing and bolting work, so as to assemble a house in a dry and expedient manner; and the construction time of a house can be shortened and construction costs are reduced because the materials are significantly lighter so as to enable the frames to be easily transported and assembled by a worker.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une maison à monter soi-même (do-it-yourself) à l'aide de blocs en forme de cube et, en particulier, une maison de type assemblage qui peut être assemblée et construite directement par un utilisateur. La maison à monter soi-même est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : des blocs, comprenant chacun des premiers éléments comportant des premiers orifices traversants perforés en leur sein à certains intervalles le long d'une direction en longueur et couplés les uns aux autres pour former un cadre en forme de cube; des panneaux isolants installés en tant qu'éléments de panneau en forme de quadrilatère dans les espaces formés par les premiers éléments; et des goujons, comprenant chacun un corps de goujon qui est un élément possédant une coupe transversale en forme de « U » et possède plusieurs seconds orifices traversants perforés dans une surface plate de ceux-ci, et une partie biseautée qui est un élément de panneau ayant une forme polygonale et qui possède plusieurs côtés inférieurs couplés à certains intervalles à l'un et l'autre des côtés du corps de goujon, les goujons étant couplés à chacun des premiers éléments qui sont installés de sorte que leurs extrémités se fassent mutuellement face, caractérisée en ce que, lorsqu'une pluralité des panneaux isolants sont construits sur une surface du bloc, les parties biseautées qui sont couplées à l'un et l'autre des côtés du corps de goujon sont respectivement insérées dans, et installées sur, les panneaux isolants qui sont installés les uns à côté des autres. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de construction d'une maison à monter soi-même en utilisant des blocs en forme de cube. La présente invention présente les avantages suivants : parce qu'un cadre est perforé et standardisé à certains intervalles, un ouvrier peut manipuler personnellement le cadre et assembler les cadres conformément à un projet de construction (plan d'assemblage) par des opérations de vissage et de boulonnage, de façon à assembler une maison d'une manière sèche et convenable; et le temps de construction d'une maison peut être raccourci et les coûts de construction sont réduits parce que les matériaux sont significativement plus légers de façon à permettre aux cadres d'être facilement transportés et assemblés par un ouvrier.
(KO)본원발명은 큐브형태의 블럭을 이용한 자가 조립형 주택에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 사용자가 직접 조립하여 만드는 조립식 주택에 있어서, 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 제1관통공이 뚫려 있는 제1부재가 서로 결합되어 큐브 형태의 뼈대를 이루는 블럭과, 사각형의 판 부재로 상기 제1부재가 이루는 공간에 설치되는 단열판 및, 단면이 'ㄷ'자형 형상인 부재로 평면 일측에 다수의 제2관통공이 뚫려 있는 스터드몸체와 다각형 형상으로 되어 있는 판 부재로 밑변이 상기 스터드몸체의 양측에 일정간격으로 다수개가 각각 결합되는 쐐기부로 구성되는 것으로 양단이 서로 마주보게 설치된 상기 제1부재에 각각 결합되는 스터드로 구성되되, 상기 단열판이 상기 블럭의 일면에 다수개가 시공될 때 상기 스터드몸체의 양측에 결합된 상기 쐐기부가 서로 이웃하여 설치되어 있는 상기 단열판에 각각 삽입되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본원발명은 큐브형태의 블럭을 이용한 자가 조립형 주택의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 프레임이 일정간격으로 타공 및 규격화되어 있어 작업자가 직접 핸들링하여 시공도(조립도)에 맞게 피스나 볼팅 작업에 의해서 조립됨으로 인해 주택의 조립이 건식으로 신속하게 시공될 뿐만 아니라 프레임이 작업자가 손쉽게 운반 및 조립이 가능하도록 자재의 무게를 현저하게 가벼워 주택의 시공기간이 단축되고 공사비가 적게 드는 장점이 있다.
