(EN)The present invention relates to an ionic catalyst comprising a nitrogen-containing organic cation chemically immobilized to a polymer resin carrier and an anion thereof, and a method for selectively preparing N,N'-substituted urea by reacting an amine compound with a carbon dioxide in the presence of the catalyst. The substituted ureas prepared by the present invention can all be easily converted into isocyanate through carbamate, and the isocyanate can be used as an important precursor compound which can be converted into polyurethane through a reaction with polyol. In addition, the ionic liquid-based catalyst immobilized to a polymer resin carrier in the present invention is able to be reused many times, and thus, has a further advantage of being economical.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un catalyseur ionique comprenant un cation organique contenant de l'azote chimiquement immobilisé sur un support de résine polymère et un anion de celui-ci, et un procédé de préparation sélective d'urée N,N'-substituée par réaction d'un composé aminé avec un dioxyde de carbone en présence du catalyseur. Les urées substituées préparées par la présente invention peuvent toutes être aisément converties en isocyanate par l’intermédiaire du carbamate, et l'isocyanate peut être utilisé en tant que composé précurseur important qui peut être converti en polyuréthanne par l’intermédiaire d’une réaction avec un polyol. En outre, le catalyseur à base de liquide ionique immobilisé sur un support de résine polymère dans la présente invention peut être réutilisé de nombreuses fois, et donc, présente un autre avantage en ce qu’il est économique.
(KO)본 발명은 고분자 수지 담지체에 화학적으로 고정화된 질소 함유 유기 양이온 및 그의 음이온을 포함하는 이온성 촉매 및 이 촉매 존재 하에서 아민 화합물과 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 N,N'-치환 우레아를 선택적으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제조되는 치환 우레아들은 모두 카바메이트를 거쳐서 이소시아네이트로 쉽게 전환이 가능하고, 이소시아네이트는 폴리올과의 반응을 통해 폴리우레탄으로 전환될 수 있는 중요한 전구체 화합물로 사용될 수 있다. 한편, 본 발명에서의 고분자 수지 담지체에 고정된 이온성 액체계 촉매는 여러 번의 재사용이 가능하므로 경제적이라는 추가적인 장점이 있다.
