(EN)Provided is a liquid solder resist composition comprising: a carboxyl group-containing resin; a photopolymerizable compound containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of photopolymerizable monomers and photopolymerizable prepolymers; a photopolymerization initiator; and titanium oxide. The photopolymerization initiator comprises a bisacylphosphine oxide photopolymerization initiator, a first α-hydroxyalkylphenone photopolymerization initiator that is a liquid at 25 °C, and a second α-hydroxyalkylphenone photopolymerization initiator that is a solid at 25 °C.
(FR)L'invention concerne une composition de résist de brasure liquide comprenant : une résine contenant un groupe carboxyle ; un composé photopolymérisable contenant au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué de monomères photopolymérisables et de prépolymères photopolymérisables ; un initiateur de photopolymérisation ; et de l'oxyde de titane. L'initiateur de photopolymérisation comprend un initiateur de photopolymérisation oxyde de bisacylphosphine, un premier initiateur de photopolymérisation α-hydroxyalkylphénone, qui est un liquide à 25 °C, et un second initiateur de photopolymérisation α-hydroxyalkylphénone qui est un solide à 25° C.
