(EN)The present invention relates a method for associating a mobile phone with a base station of a heterogeneous access network including a plurality of base stations, one of which is referred to as the "macro" base station, the others being referred to as "pico" base stations. The mobile phone is connectable to the base station, in a direct mode or in an indirect mode via another so-called "relay" mobile phone. The method includes: - selecting (2), for each of the two modes of a base station, according to an uplink channel gain criterion; - determining (3) the maximum throughput for each of the two modes based on knowledge of the channel gains and maximum power of the mobile phones; and - selecting, between the selected base stations, the base station providing the best energy efficiency while ensuring a throughput between a minimum throughput and one of the maximum throughputs.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'association entre un mobile et une station de base d'un réseau d'accès hétérogène comprenant plusieurs stations de base dont une station de base dite macro et des stations de base dites pico. Le mobile peut se connecter à la station de base selon un mode direct ou selon un mode indirect via un autre mobile dit relais. Le procédé comprend: une sélection (2) pour chacun des deux modes d'une station de base selon un critère de gain de canal montant, une détermination (3) du débit maximal pour chacun des deux modes à partir de la connaissance des gains de canal et de la puissance maximale des mobiles, un choix (4) entre les stations de base sélectionnées, de la station de base assurant la meilleure efficacité énergétique sous contrainte de respecter un débit compris entre un débit minimum et un des débits maximums.
