(EN)A tissue engineered support material based on ethenyl-sulphydryl crosslink and preparation method thereof; the support material has a reticular structure based on ethenyl-sulphydryl crosslink; and the preparation method comprises: conducting ethenyl modification processing and sulphydryl modification processing on a raw material respectively via an ethenyl modifier and a sulphydryl modifier; and thoroughly mixing the raw materials after the ethenyl modification processing and the sulphydryl modification processing, and conducting photocuring crosslinking under ultraviolet lamp irradiation.
