(EN)The embodiment of the invention discloses a base station, a mobile station and a method thereof. The communication method for a mobile station which is served by a base station having at least one transmission point each equipped with multiple transmit antennas includes determining a best subset of transmit antennas for each transmission point which is selected, based on channel gains, among the multiple transmit antennas of the transmission point; and reporting to the base station quantized channel state information CSI for the transmit antennas in the best subset. The embodiments of the invention can reduce the feedback overhead.
(FR)Le mode de réalisation de l'invention concerne une station de base, une station mobile, et un procédé associé. Le procédé de communication d'une station mobile desservie par une station de base ayant un ou plusieurs points de transmission comprenant chacun une pluralité d'antennes de transmission consiste à : déterminer, d'après des gains de canaux, un meilleur sous-ensemble d'antennes de transmission pour chaque point de transmission sélectionné, parmi la pluralité d'antennes de transmission du point de transmission; et rapporter, à la station de base, des informations d'état de canal (CSI) quantifiées pour les antennes de transmission dans le meilleur sous-ensemble. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peuvent réduire le surdébit de rétroaction.
