Abstract:
(EN) Systems and methods for manufacturing solar panels are disclosed. Solar cells are placed on a conveyor that transports the cells from a start point to an end point. A laser scribing module scribes the cells at a predetermined depth. A paste dispensing module deposits a predetermined amount of conductive paste on the surface of the solar cells. A cleaving apparatus divides the cells into smaller strips. A shingling module creates a string of cells by overlapping the strips. A targeted annealing module cures the paste, and a layup module places the strings on a backsheet. A glass cover is then added to one side of the strings.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de fabrication de panneaux solaires. Des cellules solaires sont placées sur un convoyeur qui transporte les cellules d'un point de départ à un point d'arrivée. Un module de rainurage laser incise les cellules à une profondeur prédéterminée. Un module de distribution de pâte dépose une quantité prédéterminée de pâte conductrice sur la surface des cellules solaires. Un appareil de clivage divise les cellules en bandes plus petites. Un module de mise en bardeaux crée une chaîne de cellules par superposition des bandes. Un module de recuit ciblé cuit la pâte, et un module de montage place les chaînes sur une plaque arrière. Un couvercle en verre est ensuite ajouté à un côté des chaînes.
